Kevin, also known as "Sir Kevz," is a highly skilled artist and art instructor hailing from Dumaguete. With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Kevin demonstrates his versatility by excelling in both traditional and digital art mediums. Over the past 5 years, he has actively contributed to the local art scene, leaving a lasting impact on viewers with his captivating creations.
Kevin's talent has garnered recognition and accolades. His recent solo exhibition titled "RePAIR" held at Arbour in November 2022 showcased his exceptional skills and artistic vision. Furthermore, his digital artwork was featured in the prestigious Graphika Manila 2023 Artbook, highlighting his talent on a larger platform.
Inspired by personal experiences and the stories of those around him, Kevin's artworks reflect a deep connection to his subjects. His recent series of black and white paintings, infused with the concept of Kintsugi, beautifully blend elements of Baroque painting and contemporary surrealism, resulting in captivating and thought-provoking compositions.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Kevin shares his knowledge and passion for art as a Fine Art instructor at Foundation University, where he completed his own bachelor's degree in 2012.
