Jessica Lupisan is a nomad of Dumaguete, born at SU Mission Hospital (now SUMC) and raised in the captivating city. With a background in business administration and a successful career in the corporate world spanning 26 years, she eventually found her way back to Dumaguete, where her love for the city grew even stronger.

Art has been an integral part of Jessica's life since she first learned to hold a pencil. From drawing and painting to sewing, crafting, and interior design, she has explored various artistic mediums and techniques. Her artistic pursuits encompass watercolor and acrylic paintings, with a penchant for capturing the beauty of nature and human forms. Jessica's subjects often include horses, tigers, fishes, and flowers, infused with storytelling elements that engage viewers and invite them into a world of wonder.
