About artist:

Daniel Vincent Fabros (1998, Manila) is a Dumaguete City based self-taught painter born and raised in Tondo, Manila. He started as a professional make-up artist for TV and events on 2013 while studying Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and acquired a professional license in 2015.

On 2016, he moved to Dumaguete City to explore his passion, and on 2018 he first produced two episodes of Rugzak (Reality TV Show in Russian Television), the next year he has participated with Detox Production, Moscow, Russia as a Line Producer for Film and later on worked with Narra Film Studio, Berlin, Germany on 2022. On 2023, Daniel Fabros is working as a Managing Editor for Fine Art Photography projects focusing in Southeast Asia while he continues his participation in art exhibitions as an artist locally.

He self-produced his first solo show Sana’y Makarating: I hope this reaches you in Dumaguete City on 2021, and has participated group shows and art fairs in and out of the country. His current series Remembrance of Daybreaks, 2021, was first published at the 5th Edition of the International Contemporary Art Fair of Luxembourg and was shown as a part of a group show at THERE and NOW Exhibit in Madrid, Spain.

He is currently dabbling in to performance and theater, while still continuing his exploration in oil and acrylic painting and joining local shows in the country.
