About artist:
An Marjo Banagua (b. March 8, 1998) is a versatile artist working in painting, murals, figure drawing, photography, digital art, and video editing. Inspired by dreams and personal perspectives, their work explores the connection between imagination and reality.
Though he was unable to finish his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts due to financial constraints, his passion for creativity never wavered. Instead, he forged his own path, letting his dedication and artistry speak louder than any diploma.
Notable works include the Mural above the Holy Door of the Santa Catalina de Alejandria Cathedral of Dumaguete City (2020) and a mural beside the Dumaguete Belfry for the Department of Tourism’s "Love the Philippines" event (2024).
Believing that freedom is the key to creativity, An Marjo continues to push artistic boundaries across various mediums.
